Traveling

So, there are almost 5 billion travel bloggers in the world right now. Why am I here? What am I trying to do?

I’m trying to provide a voice I don’t normally hear. The middle class. Not the traveler who is sleeping on the floor or in hostels, but not the rich person who is paying 20,000 USD per night for a room. The people who can travel to Europe but it takes saving.

I am lucky that many of my travels are with my mother. She raised me to love archaeology. And I’m still that person. I love the history - specifically the history that predates the Greeks and the Romans. The history that is often forgotten. I am drawn to the people whose voices have been silenced over the millennia. Also, I offer advice to those of our time who aren’t super rich but can travel. I want to give you tips and tricks for your use. I love to travel and I love to give advice to those who would travel like I do.
